Hey man, If you like. All you need to do is what we did with you.
Organise on the forum or through pm or what ever a time to play. Play with them. Note down the good and bad things about the person and PM them to me
. I will then go over it.
things to note:
Bad language: We do not hate Cussing, but swaring and abusing at people is a big no no.
We are and want to be known as a friendly clan. I know I'm not always strict on this rule but we do not want con to be known as say a "troll" clan! Another thing we don't like is rage quitting ^_^.
The rule that me Threta, ShaDDow, Mustangmizer88, Death---shots, Mr.Incognito, and other con members go by is that, we do not leave on a lose. We always win a game before we leave. We want to be known as a clan that will stay strong despite being stuck down over and over. People may not remember us for this, but atleast we know it.
Good behavior. If the player says things like "Nice Shot" for instance after someone kills them instead of "OMG WHAT THE HELL NOOB GUN!" that is a good sign
If there is not alot of bad behavior, bascially go by the formal rules of behaviour.
Another thing we appreciate is a IQ above 0
, If this person struggles to understand something when you tell them it makes it verry hard to communicate. we like members that you can say somethign one time and they will understand it and take it in.
